In-stock items: 3-7 business days from order confirmation.
Special order items: 14-30 business days, depending on availability.
Greater Tel Aviv area: Express delivery available within 1-3 business days (additional charge).

3. Shipping Costs

Standard shipping: Based on product size and weight. Cost displayed at checkout.
Free shipping: On orders over ₪2,000 (excluding remote areas).
Assembly service: Professional in-home assembly available for an additional fee.

4. Shipment Tracking

After your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can track your delivery status at any time.

5. Receiving Your Delivery

Delivery will be coordinated in advance by phone.
An adult must be present to receive the delivery.
Please inspect the product upon delivery and report any external damage immediately.
